They took the Skyway to get to Minnesota from Ohio? 294 is much better than driving through downtown Chicago.
No wonder it took over 15 and a half hours to go 674 miles, when even at a paltry average speed of 60 miles per hour (the speed limit most of the way is over 65 miles per hour), it should only take about 12 with meals/pit stops.
I’m not aware of anyplace to stop an smell roses on this trip, but I guess the 2 hour nap and the construction didn’t help.

Ya… I was wondering the same thing. I just drove from the middle of Texas to Northern Colorado in 15 hrs… which is slightly less than 1000 miles.
But I am wondering what they used to mount the camera, and which camera they used. I have wanted to do something like this many times because I make the drive from Colorado to Texas many times a year and I thought it would be really cool if I made a time lapse video of the trip.
