The cables Scott describes would have been so sensitive as to be classified Top Secret: something none of the wikileaks cables have.
Wikileaks has (so far) been very responsible in what it redacts even though the US government has refused to help.
To write this article BEFORE any of the cables were actually released just goes to show what a good public servant Scott still is.
