I recently film my visit to Bulau Bulau Farm in Yilan, a county near the Taiwan capital city of Taipei. The farm is run by aboriginal Taiwanese who are trying to keep their traditions alive by teaching visitors as well as the new generations that live on the farm. They are a self-sustained group that has been living for the past few years, basing some practices on traditional methods, others through trial and error. An altogether educational, uplifting and TASTY adventure. One highlight is the unlimited millet wine they provide!
