I’m a long-time Boing Boing reader and an educator. I teach middle school humanities and I also design lessons for video game companies to integrate learning and video games. I’m taking my work on to a bigger project: Teaching all middle school Geography learning standards set in a Zombie Apocalypse!

I’m running a Kickstarter to try and get funds to write all the resources, hire illustrators, gather primary sources, and collaborate with other experts. I believe this can really change how we view learning and think about the kinds of learning we can design to meet students where they want to learn.

As a long-time Boing Boing reader, these are the types of things I like to read about: crazy ideas that make sense.
