If I’m reading this right, Steve Lieber, the artist of UNDERGROUND (featured here a couple weeks ago) is offering PDFs of the book for free. Apparently 4Chan is involved somehow, but I’m unclear on the why.
And yes, I’m a friend of Steve’s, and he did the cover of my first OGN, but still, worthy of a closer look.

Honestly, I’ve never noticed him commenting here, but I often only skim threads. Still, an overlooked oldie that will hopefully get a second set of glances now.
