Linda Radosinska has a photo project going that re-stages (in)famous Banksy images in real life. I’ve been on a Banksy jag lately, so I think this is great.

Either he’s a genetic freak, or there really is something to the low-carb-slash-paleo diet thing. Either way, the man is extremely healthy. The numbers don’t lie.

Not exactly destined for the front page, but this needs to be indexed somewhere for posterity. This is a youtube video of a recording of Kraftwerk performing “Autobahn” in Leverkusen, Germany on April 22, 1974.
This recording predates the release of the Autobahn album (Nov. 1974), and is about as close as we’ll get to capturing the moment of transition of the band from its “old”, experimental Krautrock incarnation to the Kraftwerk that is now recognized as electronic music pioneers.
The sound quality isn’t great, and it’s pretty raw and rambling. But still, a fascinating moment in pop music history.

As far as I know, I don’t get LDL size pattern results.
I had one doctor who wanted to put me on statins. I got a new doctor.

That’s not a particularly great profile.
Mine:
Total – 208
LDL – 117
HDL – 75
Trig – 78
His:
Total – 204
LDL – 116
HDL – 68
Trig – 64
Optimal:
Total – less than 200
LDL – less than 100
HDL – greater than 40
Trig – less than 150
In both cases, HDL is high and Triglycerides low (good), but LDL and total are higher than optimal, albeit not high-risk.

The LDL size pattern is more important than total LDL numbers.
His are pattern “A”, the good kind. What’s yours? Also, what are your triglycerides?

Oops, sorry. There’s the triglycerides right there.
